Pyrenees

So I just got a 14 wk old pup last night he has been fine no signs of aggression until my neighbor accidentally stepped on him then he turned and he started barking and acted as if he was going to go after her. Then my 1 yr was growling over him and bite his foot so i went over to get ny 1 yr old and to put myself in the way and he went after me and bite my arm so i took him and placed him on his side and he tried to bite again so i let him up and i stood my ground as he was barking at me aggressive until he back down and walked away from me .... My husband is very upset as are my kid's because i think it's best to give him back because he's going to be well over 115 ibs and that scares me to death so I'm in a stand still :(

Nothing In Life Is Free
by: Adam G. Katz

Employ the "Nothing In Life Is Free" approach, so that your dog starts to view you as the "pack leader." If your dog doesn't see you as the leader, then your corrections will be meaningless. So, if you're doing subtle things (inadvertently) to undermine your leadership role around the house-- it will be counter-productive.
