my golden retriever gets real mean it seems

Hi there. I have a golden retriever pup I ended up with at 4 and half weeks old.she is pretty great except she bites non stop and even gets right viscous to the point if we are holding her she will show teeth and attack and snarl and bite hard . I have kids who are not sure to hold her some times and she gets like that if we are trying to move her way because she bites our hands a lot and its not any fun to pet a blender. What do I do?

Employ the "Nothing In Life Is Free" approach, so that your dog starts to view you as the "pack leader." If your dog doesn't see you as the leader, then your corrections will be meaningless. So, if you're doing subtle things (inadvertently) to undermine your leadership role around the house-- it will be counter-productive.
