I have a sweet and loving Aussie Shepard that gets a lot of exercise. He has started snapping at me when I have to physically move him, after he refuses to obey a command to come. Like when its time to go to bed. I will tell him to come to the bedroom, and he refuses. I non threateningly go to him and pick him up. He immediately snaps at my hands and growls.
How can I curb this behavior, and stop being afraid he will bite me, or other family and friends, when I pick him up.
