Agressive 17 week old female Labradoodle

Lately, every time I take my puppy for a walk at some point she will try to grab the leash, jumping to get closer to my hand and then when I say no, she gets more agressive and starts to jump and nip at my back, legs, butt. I have tried ignoring her, saying no firmly, asking her to sit, pushing her to the ground and holding her down till she calms down. Today I said Tssst! and initially she was suruprised but then continued to nip at me. I am to the point that I don't even want to take her out anymore. Otherwise she is a good dog, smart, learning commands, I don't know what to do. Can you help me?

Employ the "Nothing In Life Is Free" approach, so that your dog starts to view you as the "pack leader." If your dog doesn't see you as the leader, then your corrections will be meaningless. So, if you're doing subtle things (inadvertently) to undermine your leadership role around the house-- it will be counter-productive.
