My wife and I have a boxer that we care for more than anything, he is our son. He has done really well with obedience and has passed the test for advanced canine good citizens right at the age of about 6 1/2 months.
Around the time he was 6 1/2 months and onwards he has started showing agression towards other dogs. He is unable to be intrudecued to new dogs without try to lunge and bite them (he has already bit one dogs tail and torn fur from it). The problem occurs most often at our house which he acts like he has to patrol the fence and goes crazy at any car, person, or animal that is within site. (Has never acted agressive towards humans) also worth noting we have recently moved and the behaviors are getting even worse. As soon as he is outside he is barking at something and trying to get after it. It's so frustrating and I feel like I've seen every dog video out there to no avail... Please if any one out there has advice we are more than willing to listen and learn. We are frustrated and it is just sad we feel like horrible owners and we just want to see that our dog is happy and healthy.
