Aggressive rottie

I have a 2 year old rottie that's extremely aggressive with food and when he is around children besides my own he has bitten a few kids not hard but enough to brake the skin when he is changed up outside and people walk by he trys and go after them I live in town witch people walk by everyday I am running out of options I do not have lots of money for training he is not nuterd either do not want to get rid of him if I don't have to someone with any experience please help

Employ the "Nothing In Life Is Free" approach, so that your dog starts to view you as the "pack leader." If your dog doesn't see you as the leader, then your corrections will be meaningless. So, if you're doing subtle things (inadvertently) to undermine your leadership role around the house-- it will be counter-productive.
