Aggressive profoundly deaf English Bulldog

Help! I own a small clothing store and on nights that I’m working late I will bring my deaf bulldog to work with me. When here I always keep her in my office with a pet gate up, but today my father brought her in to me (without a leash ) and before I could get her she lunged at a woman and bit her foot and jumping on her and latching herself onto her legs and humping her . She bit through her leather shoe and broke the skin on her big toe. I’m terrified of what will happen because a life without this dog isn’t a life I’d want to live. :-(

Nothing In Life Is Free
by: Adam G. Katz

Employ the "Nothing In Life Is Free" approach, so that your dog starts to view you as the "pack leader." If your dog doesn't see you as the leader, then your corrections will be meaningless. So, if you're doing subtle things (inadvertently) to undermine your leadership role around the house-- it will be counter-productive.

All the best,
Adam
