Aggressive German Shepherd

Evee is two years old femal german shepherd. She is a good dog when at home with the family. She gets very excited when visitors come to the house but settles down reasonably quickly. When Evee goes outside she is extremely aggressive with anything that moves. What would be the best training for this type of behaviour?
