Hi m name is Sarah and I have just gotten a pitbull puppy who is deaf she is about 6 to 8 month old and was abused and left on the side of the road tied two a couch to die and god knows what else happened to her she has scars on her face and on her body and she's trying to run me. I don't know how to reprimand her I tried to and she got extremely aggressive and bit my hand I don't want to have to get rid of her but I also cannot have her getting aggressive towards me or I my small dog too and I'm worried about his safety this didn't start until later on in the night. She has been really docile, nice and sweet and then all the sudden got aggressive and mean.she also has separation anxiety when even when I start to walk away she started screaming it's really loud and if I go round a corner you can't see me for a second so it screaming it's really loud and kind of freaked out a little bit when I come back and that played think when she starts getting a little more aggressive
please help thank you

Employ the "Nothing In Life Is Free" approach, so that your dog starts to view you as the "pack leader." If your dog doesn't see you as the leader, then your corrections will be meaningless. So, if you're doing subtle things (inadvertently) to undermine your leadership role around the house-- it will be counter-productive.
