Aggressive behavior

by Gregory
(Geneva oh, usa)

I've had my little Papillon male for nine years of his 10 years life and he has just in the last couple years been becoming increasingly aggressive especially with other family members when they come into the room when they leave the room he becomes aggressive when they're in the room he's not it's when they get ready to leave the room or come into the room he becomes extremely aggressive and this is behavior that was not around when I first got him in and our living arrangements haven't really changed

Nothing In Life Is Free
by: Adam G. Katz

Employ the "Nothing In Life Is Free" approach, so that your dog starts to view you as the "pack leader." If your dog doesn't see you as the leader, then your corrections will be meaningless. So, if you're doing subtle things (inadvertently) to undermine your leadership role around the house-- it will be counter-productive.

All the best,
Adam
