Aggressive 3 year old male boxer who isn't fixed

I have 3 dogs, pitbull fixed male and chi mix fixed female. All dogs have always gotten along as pitbull was a rescue, chi mix was the eldest and boxer is the baby. We went on vacation, had a sitter to check up on dogs... our first mistake we did was leave both bigger dogs in large cage together. Once we returned they hated one another and boxer went or tried to go on a smaller dog killing spree :( He got banned from our apt complex, my mom took the boxer but she's already getting fed up w him, as he will literally jet out the door with any chance of escape and literally search out a dog he thinks he has leverage over and who he can sadly attack and kill. My first question would be... can mY boxer and pit learn to be friends again w out trying to go after one another and how can I correct the boxers urge on attacking dogs? Thank you.

Employ the "Nothing In Life Is Free" approach, so that your dog starts to view you as the "pack leader." If your dog doesn't see you as the leader, then your corrections will be meaningless. So, if you're doing subtle things (inadvertently) to undermine your leadership role around the house-- it will be counter-productive.
