Aggressive 3 month pup

Hi,
My dog(half pit bull)patches just had 2 pups a few months ago, tonight I caught the two sisters barking at each other. I didn't think it was anything, till I seen the older sister standing over her younger sister and nipping at her face and barking like older dogs do when they're about to attack. It concerns me a lot, they are just pups and they act hyper. Jumping all the time. They aren't inside dogs, they come running in like race dogs. I have 3 kids and it scares me how they can get to out of hand. I do not want to give them to any one else. How can I help the two sisters from becoming overly aggressive. This is all new to me.
Please give advice I do need it.

Employ the "Nothing In Life Is Free" approach, so that your dogs start to view you as the "pack leader." If your dogs don't see you as the leader, then your corrections will be meaningless. So, if you're doing subtle things (inadvertently) to undermine your leadership role around the house-- it will be counter-productive.
