Aggresive american pitbull terrier

I have a 8 month old American pitbull terrier and his name is Winston. I bought him when he was 11 weeks. He is the sweetest thing to me my three sisters my dad grandma and my mom but when it comes to any other person or animal he becomes aggressive. He has charged at my neighbors many tome and has almost bit my cousin. He hate men and black people. I can not take him any were with out him thing to attack someone and something. We can't even have friends over because he scares everyone. I am a 15 year old triplet and is a freshmen at highschool. I do not have a job so am on a very tight budget. My mom said if I don't fix I he will have to be pit down and that will break my heart. He is my baby can some one please help me.

Employ the "Nothing In Life Is Free" approach, so that your dog starts to view you as the "pack leader." If your dog doesn't see you as the leader, then your corrections will be meaningless. So, if you're doing subtle things (inadvertently) to undermine your leadership role around the house-- it will be counter-productive.
