9 week old shih tzu

can you please help? we have a 9 week old shihtzu and he nips at my arms, legs and now he will pounce toward my cheek. I tried using a bell and that helped for a while. when I crate him he barks the entire time.my little grandson came over yesterday, and he nipped him on the arm. only difference in my nips the breaks the skin and I bleed. I have had a stroke, am 70 years young, so I thought, and he keeps my blood pressure up.the lady I got him from let him sleep in her bed because he was the last of the litter. now we are doing the same. please help.....

Employ the "Nothing In Life Is Free" approach, so that your dog starts to view you as the "pack leader." If your dog doesn't see you as the leader, then your corrections will be meaningless. So, if you're doing subtle things (inadvertently) to undermine your leadership role around the house-- it will be counter-productive.
