I need help
by: Anonymous

Id like to know if this problem got fix or what ended up happening. I currently have the same situation going on. My 11 month old English bulldog has been good for the most part but he once attacked my 8 year old daughter who is so petite she looks like a 5 year old. Onces that happened ive never trusted her being alone around him. He has his moments where he will go wild running all over the place and its very hard to control him which he also tries to bite when being held down so he can relax. Today he attacked my 13 yr old daughter the mark he made isn't bad but the bite was bad enough to make her cry. At this pont i dont know what to do We love our dog but we are starting to fear he can hurt one of the kids. I wish I find a solution fast. I dont want the kids to live in fear or the problem becoming worse.

Pack Leader
by: Adam G. Katz

Employ the "Nothing In Life Is Free" approach, so that your dog starts to view you as the "pack leader." If your dog doesn't see you as the leader, then your corrections will be meaningless. So, if you're doing subtle things (inadvertently) to undermine your leadership role around the house-- it will be counter-productive.
