Same as correcting aggression with a non-deaf dog
by: Adam G. Katz

Hi, Jacob:

The deafness isn't so much of an issue. Although I personally would not let him interact with other dogs you're not familiar with, as the chance of a miscommunication between dogs may be higher.

Any aggression should be corrected, nonetheless.

As for biting at humans: keep the training collar and leash on your dog at all times, so that you have something to give your dog a motivational correction with. Timing, consistency and motivation.

If you need more guidance on how these three elements work together (or how to use them for maximum results in minimal time) I go into more detail in my book, "Secrets of a Professional Dog Trainer!"
