Hi, Drinda:

Yes-- all of this can be fixed, if you are committed to learning and working with your dog.

As you've surmised, you will need to use the crate when you cannot keep at least one eye on the dogs.

And then you're also going to need to learn how to give a motivational correction. My book can help you with that-- but if you're really frustrated, it wouldn't hurt to work with a local professional in your area, too. You'll want to find somebody who works with a prong training collar-- as these are both the safest and most effective training collar you can use to correct unwanted behavior. There is both an art and a science to using one correctly, though.

Keep the dogs-- you can fix this!
