Thank you for the great advice!
It's true, she is adjusting a lot more nicely now! We have been getting her out to local parks to run around like crazy with the older kids! Oh sure, she is still trying to bite, even got at my two year olds eye, luckily he closed it in time!! Yikes!! But since then, for the last week she has been doing her best to tone down the biting considering she is still so young!!
Really, she was only with dogs for 7 weeks, with the owner coming in to feed and give attention to of course, but for the most part, it was just the other pups and mom, so it would take a few weeks for her to adjust to life with only humans!!
But as I am seeing, consistency is key, and cooperation from the children is critical! Because they can rile her up without trying to if they come up to her in a hyper way!
And now that we are doing our best to show her biting is not what we do here, we can see her beautiful temperament coming out more!

So thank you for the advice!!

training and exercise!!

Your dog is very young and should be easily trainable. If you got her from a good breeder there shouldnt be too many issues. Can you talk to your breeder for advice?

Does she get enough exercise?? She is still young, but you can start on training, getting her out for some walks to release energy, training her to sit and lay down. Definitely seem more like nipping is playing especially at this age but if there is alot of energy you need to get it released…. you can also play fetch. Make sure the dog will sit and start with having the dog drop or release the item without having to actually take it from the dog. Always reward with some treats …Goldens do tend to like treats for training.

You may want to also consider puppy obedience training you should enroll your dog in classes and the trainer there should also be able to provide you with advice. Start training now while the dog is young…..
