Even when she is rested ,she bites at feet and ankles you tell her no and it gets worse and she bites to the point of breaking skin I've never had a puppy act like that before usually they stop when you've told them no and offer them a toy or something else! She lots of times ignores the toy to come after you more even with a growl and she is only 10 weeks old I don't want her to keep biting like that and have tried everything some advise here would be appreciated! Please

Employ the "Nothing In Life Is Free" approach, so that your dog starts to view you as the "pack leader." If your dog doesn't see you as the leader, then your corrections will be meaningless. So, if you're doing subtle things (inadvertently) to undermine your leadership role around the house-- it will be counter-productive.
