My adorable 10 mo old Shit Zu biter

We have a 10 mo old Shit Zu puppy who grows and bite aggressively when brushing or de tangling, when it has something you don't want him to have, and when he is hurt... It is as if he thinks we have hurt him.

I have tried trading a cookie for thee objective of aggression

I have tried a cookie reward for lying still while brushing and not growling or biting.

He got a sticker in his paw and I had to hold him very tight while my husband got it out. All the while he was growling and trying to bite aggressively.

We are at our wits end and fear we may have to put him down if we cannot get the problem under control. He has bitten me and drawn blood five times now.

Employ the "Nothing In Life Is Free" approach, so that your dog starts to view you as the "pack leader." If your dog doesn't see you as the leader, then your corrections will be meaningless. So, if you're doing subtle things (inadvertently) to undermine your leadership role around the house-- it will be counter-productive.
