I have an aggressive playful pitbul and a bulmastif who is older

by Mel
(NH)

My dogs are both girls and Julie who is a bulmastiff is 6 years old and very laid back. Bella who is a pitbul is only two years old and they get along great for the most part but occasionally for some reason Bella the puppy needs to show her dominance by biting Julie's back leg or chest or face ... It looks playful but Julie will just take it and not really fight back or put up a fuss ... I got the puppy so Julie would have Sumone to play with but
Not for Bella to have a chew toy it's not as if she has ever drawn blood or attacked another dog. I would just like to know how to stop the bulling of my Julie girl please and thank you

Nothing In Life Is Free
by: Adam G. Katz

Employ the "Nothing In Life Is Free" approach, so that your dog starts to view you as the "pack leader." If your dog doesn't see you as the leader, then your corrections will be meaningless. So, if you're doing subtle things (inadvertently) to undermine your leadership role around the house-- it will be counter-productive.
