Aggressive border collie mix

Our 7 month old pup nips at other dogs when they come near us and she is right by us. Also for instance we were sledding in the snow, she loves the snow, and one of our nieces was sledding down a hill. Sammie ran with her and bit her in the face. How do we stop this sort of behavior Sammie is the one on the right. As you can see we have siblings. Which is another problem. It is hard to walk them together because they want to play and bite. When we let them loose at the park they run and bite on each other. Now I know we probably shouldn't have gotten siblings together but really, look at them. Any help would be appreciated. Joey the other dog who we thought was going to be the hardest to train is quite the opposite. But he does bite on his sister.

Nothing In Life Is Free
by: Adam G. Katz

Employ the "Nothing In Life Is Free" approach, so that your dog starts to view you as the "pack leader." If your dog doesn't see you as the leader, then your corrections will be meaningless. So, if you're doing subtle things (inadvertently) to undermine your leadership role around the house-- it will be counter-productive.
